Key Responsibilities:

manage the IT network and client systems to provide comprehensive computing support companies

design and manage the IT infrastructure budget

ensure proper procedures and staffing are in place to respond to users requests in a timely manner

analyze problems, develop solutions, arrange preventive measures and maintain clear and consistent communications with internal users on IT issues

set up, install and maintain desktops and laptops throughout the companies

liaise with company in maintaining the security system and telecom system

take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day implementation, support and maintenance of the IT Network, including LAN configuration and Exchange System with Corporate IT

maintain an inventory of all IT, audio/ visual equipment and licenses

Key Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related computer field

minimum of five years IT systems and operations management experience

minimum of five years network management experience

minimum of five years’ experience with IT infrastructure budgets and cost management

strong inter-personal skills to enable effective communication with all sections of the company community

must be trained and experienced in reading and interpreting computer hardware and systems management manuals and procedures

strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally bilingually

self-starter and problem solver in a variety of contexts
