RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

? To ensure that all computer technology equipment runs with minimum or no down time.

? To ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and according to specifications.

? 确保所有软件运营无输出错误,无时间问题,并与具体要求一致.

? To solve technical or operational problems as reported by the users.

? To do the hardware maintenance on PC equipments. To monitor all computer technology contracts and supervise the activities of outside maintenance personnel when they come to the hotel.

? To learn the application packages and implement into the system.

? 学习所有程序并执行到系统中.

? To take direction from the Information Systems Manager as it relates to the operation of computer technology hardware and software.

? 与电脑技术硬件和软件相关的运行,听从信息系统经理的安排.

? To assume responsibilities of ISM in his absence.

? 信息系统经理不在时,履行其职责.

? To train the user on PC applications
