Job Duties :

- Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email or onsite

- Responsible for product testing and evaluation

- Support product enquiries from sales team

Requirements :

- IVE Diploma in computer related discipline

- Knowledge in Computer Hardware is a must

- Knowledge in networking, wireless routers, IP cameras is preferred

- Experience in computer troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus

- Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and excellent service attitude

- Willing to learn new technology

- Fresh Graduates are welcome
