Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and upgrade Windows or Linux server
• Networking device setup and support
• IT inventory management
• Provide first-level support related to hardware/software, and network problems
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Foundation Diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or above
• 1 year or above hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk Support
• Knowledge in Window/Linux Server, AD, Exchange, O365 and virtualization technology is preferable
• Effective verbal and written communication in Cantonese and Putonghua. Good communication skill on English is an advantage
