Job Highlights
To provide analytical and technical solution to problems and issues escalated to the business clients in corporate office. The duties include end-user support, hardware and software support, and IT policy deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures in corporate office.
- Design, implement, and manage preventive maintenance of all IT hardware & software.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation including hardware and software support.
- Maintain system configurations and documentations of LAN & WAN network infrastructure.
- Develop technical documentations /specifications.
- Handle and resolve internal enquiry, troubleshooting and follow up ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information System/Computer Science.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Technical Support
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
- Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamic AX is an advantage
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
