Responsibilities:

• Daily support
• 日常桌面维护工作, 如电脑软硬件故障、安装需求、打印机维护等
• IT Central hotline Support
• IT技术支持热线
• Support IT project, ensure project finish on time and with budget
• IT项目支持，如系统升级、外部服务等
• Cooperate with division business partner for all infrastructure related topic
• 与IT业务伙伴协调基础架构相关事宜
• IT Compliance cooperator
• IT合规管理
• External IT project support
• 外部IT项目支持
• External IT service
• 外部IT服务
• IT investment management
• IT固定资产管理
• IT purchasing cooperate
• IT采购相关工作

Requirements:

• Degree in the related major of university or college.
• 计算机相关专业大专或本科学历
• Fresh acceptable, 2 years or plus experiences in IT Support area preferable
• 接受应届生，2年或以上IT技术支持工作经验者优先
• Experience in IT infrastructure area
• IT基础架构相关经验
• Good knowledge of customer service
• 客户服务理念
• Good written and spoken English
• 英语读写能力，口语可交流者优先
• Well-known user requirement, skills and good team work.
• 充分理解用户需求，并有良好的团队合作能力
• Good communication skills and patience
• 良好的沟通能力
