Responsibilities:

• Perform IT technical support to users in respect of installation, maintenance of PC software and hardware such as MS Office, email, printer etc.;
• Perform Windows and POS server administration, configuration, monitoring as well as system backup and recovery;
• Prepare regular report and data analysis for management review

Requirements:

• Graduated from F.5 / DSE or above;
• 1 year IT / system / networking support experience, experience in retail industry or POS system is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge in web design and programming;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
