Job Responsibilities

- Assist in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrades and maintenance 

- Perform routine system checks on servers, networks, firewalls and backups

- Work with suppliers and support teams to resolve system and network issue

- Responsible for daily system operations and network maintenance

- First level troubleshooting for PC, printing, networking, application access issues, etc.

- Workflow document preparation

- Other ad hoc tasks required by supervisors

Jobs Requirements

- Advanced Diploma holders in information technology or related disciplines or above

- Preferred MCSE holders, CCNA is desirable

- At least 2 years of experience with Windows Server Management Support and End User Support

- Understanding the VM environment and SQL Server is an added advantage

- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
