Responsibilities: 

• Manage all network service, IT equipment and infrastructure
• Provide hardware and software Service Desk support to users
• Assist IT project implementation, liaise with internal users and external vendors
• Daily system backup, report generation and distribution
• Identify for improvement in existing information technology and operational systems and processes
• Occasional Business trip to PRC & Asia is required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in IT servicing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year PC/network support related working experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows server, MS Office, MS SQL server and VMware
• Hands-on experience in router, switch, firewall and VPN configuration
• Good computer skills in Microsoft product
• Ability to work independently, flexibly and positively
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is preferred
