Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on hardware and software to internal users, and contact external related parties as necessary
• Assist in monitoring server and network equipment
• Perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping and documentations
• Provide other IT-related support as required
• Perform ad-hoc projects 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in providing In-house all-round IT support 
• Fast learner with passion in latest technologies
• Self-initiated, independent and strong problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
