Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work
• Perform user and network support, experience in hardware and software installation
• Handle IT documentation and reporting
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
• 7/24 standby support is needed on shift roster

Requirements

• Preferably Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant IT experience
• Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsiblie and willing to work 7/24 standby
• Solid skills in MS Office application such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Programme Launguage (SQL) and Oracle Siebel has advantage
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
