• Daily User Support
• Server Maintenance and Health Check
• Vendor coordination – IT Outsource support
• Maintenance of Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus & Email Security
• Maintenance of VPN Connection of all subsidiaries
• Maintenance of Backup of All Servers
• Create user account & email address
