Our client is now looking for IT Digital Workplace Support to join the team.

 

Academic Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline.

 

Job Requirements:

- Join Digital Workplace team to manage and support the next generation workplace for users.

- Design and lead the digital workplace roadmap

- Develop standards and guidelines for the project and delivery teams to follow

- Provide training and advices to users.

- Provide Support to VIP users.

- Manage vendors to provide support services for end users.

- Candidates should possess the following technical background and experience (not necessary to have all) − SharePoint Online development and Office 365 automation

− Office 365 and SharePoint Online administration and support

− SharePoint / Office 365 Application models

− PowerShell, Teams, Forms, Power Apps / Automate

− Integrating SharePoint online / Office 365 with third party applications - using CSOM, REST API, JavaScript, Microsoft Graph etc.

− Meeting Room Equipment

− PC Hardware

− ITSM solutions (Remedy, ServiceNow)

 

- Self-motivate, able to work independently and under pressure.

- Good problem solving and analytical skill.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English/ Chinese.

 

Attributes / Working Experience:

- 5 years of working experience or above in IT end user services management and support.

- Experience in supporting sizeable and complicated end user workplace is an advantage.

- Self-initiative and work with passion and a can-do attitude.

- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedule/deadline.

- Good team player.

- Sound problem solving and analytical skill.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua.
