Key Responsibilities:

1. ABF China infrastructure daily operation and monitoring, Network, AD, AV, Office365, SharePoint, Qualys etc.

• In charge of Hyper-V virtual platform management

• Manage Beijing/Shanghai IDC backup solution etc.

• Administrative changes including AD, user account/email account etc.

2. Desktop support in ABF Shanghai office

• Perform 1st tier IT support to end users, also troubleshoot for server/network incidents;

• Support & configuration of software & hardware (laptops, printer, mobile devices, etc.)

• Asset management, including but not limited to computers, servers etc.

3. ABF China IS security support work

• IS security related project involvement and daily operation;
• SOC related works, remote resolve issues, on-site remediation etc.
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT, related degree or equivalent
• - 2+ years’ IT end user experience;
• 2+ years’ experience on Microsoft products
• Has network troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Windows platform and MS products;
• Network certificate is a plus;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
