SUMMARY: (A general description of the major duties of job incumbents)
Responsible for providing IT administrative support on network and equipment of the North Central China offices;
对华中北地区办公场所的网络及设备提供信息技术管理支持。
Responsible for providing support of all the different functions/departments on all IT and communication related issues.
对不同职能或部门的IT问题提供技术支持并协助沟通相关问题。
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administration, support and pro-active monitoring of all network and desktop equipments of all offices. (such as telephone system, LAN, WAN,
copier/printer/scanner, PC, notebook, etc)
管理、协助并积极主动地监测所有办公场所的网络及台式机设备(例如电话系统,局域网,广域网,复印机/打印机/扫描机,电脑,笔记本,等等)。
2. Provide training and support of back-office software and assist in implementation of new application workplace functions.
提供公司内部办公软件使用的相关培训及技术支持,并协助落实新办公场所中设备的安装启用。
3. Provide Administration Support to all offices on network and desktop equipments (such as telephone system, LAN, WAN, copier/printer/scanner, PC,
notebook, etc).
提供公司网络及台式机设备的管理支持(例如电话系统,局域网,广域网,复印机/打印机/扫描机,电脑,笔记本,等等)。
4. Daily monitoring of email server, firewall, anti-virus, and perform backup of company data.
监测电子邮件服务器,防火墙,防毒等设备系统的日常作业,完成对公司数据的备份。
5. Support the day-to-day work of the company applications for our users and external partners; and assist in implementation of new company
applications.
协助日常公司内部用户和外部合作伙伴应用程序安装的申请工作。
6. Provide training to staff on the usage of new / enhanced applications or functions.
给员工提供新升级应用程序及功能的培训。
7. Tracking IT resources and inventory – hardware, software and license.

8. Work closely with N/C China team and Asia IT teams in providing best solutions to staff.

9. Maintain inventory of all computer equipment, applications, IT services.
维护计算机设备、应用软件以及相关IT服务的库存。
10. Ensure Data Backup for all servers and workplace computers.
确保所有的服务器以及工作场所电脑数据备份的安全。
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management and Asia IT Management.
完成由管理团队和亚洲IT管理团队安排的其他工作。
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree or diploma in computer science or related subjects.
专科学历及以上,计算机相关专业。
2. At least 2 years' experience in IT administration, preferably in a MNC environment.
至少两年IT管理工作经验,具有跨国公司工作经验者优。
3. Good command of Business English, both spoken and written is required.
具有良好的商务英语口头和书面表达能力。
4. Preferably, Microsoft Certification, such as Windows MCSA/MCSE.
有微软相关证书如Windows MCSA/MCSE者优先。
5. Good working knowledge in PC, desktop applications, TCP/IP, network and internet technology.
熟练掌握电脑、桌面应用程序、TCP / IP、网络和互联网技。
6. Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic and team player.
具有良好的人际交往能力,积极进取,工作热情和团队合作精神。
7. Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

8. Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

9. Experienced in freight forwarding and logistics business will be an advantage.
有货运代理或相关物流行业工作经验者优先。
10. Good knowledge of Microsoft® Windows XP, 2000-2012 R2, SQL 2000-2012, Good knowledge of Microsoft® Active Directory & Exchange.
熟练掌握:Microsoft® Windows XP, 2000-2012 R2, SQL 2000-2012, Microsoft® Active Directory & Exchange。
11. Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) preferably Office 365 experience.

12. Good knowledge of Hardware such as WhatchGuard® Firewall, IBM® xSeries, Cisco® Catalyst.
