Responsibilities :
Perform troubleshooting and provide day-to-day support including hardware, software, end-user and helpdesk
Perform hardware installation, configuration or maintenance, including PC, notebook, server, printer and other computer peripheral devices
Conduct software installation, configuration or maintenance including MS-Office, Outlook, Windows and other office applications
Requirements :
Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related Disciplines
1 year relevant experiences in Helpdesk Support is preferred
Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills
