Provide IT support to office users and stores.
Responsible for handling in-house web application and mobile apps.
Responsible for tracking issues and troubleshooting servers and network equipment.
Manage all IT equipment, e.g. hardware, software, printers, internet, etc.
Ensure and monitor users software which is comply with the Hong Kong regulations.
Responsible for ad-hoc projects, e.g. new stores openings, new system implementation, etc.

Job Requirement
Diploma holder in Information Technology/System or related disciplines.
5 years of POS and desktop support in retail industry.
Experience in handling in-house web applications and mobile apps.
Solid hands on experience in managing Microsoft systems, Wireless LAN infrastructures, internet security facilities, etc.
