Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to end users
• Support daily IT operations, server maintenance, data backup and other IT related tasks
• Perform system and application implementation, maintenance and administration

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-5 years IT related experience
• Solid experience in server applications such as VM Ware, Windows 2000, 2003, 2012, Linux, NAS is preferred
• Solid experience in network administration such as Router, Firewall, Switch, IP Phone, MPLS is preferred
• Solid experience in application support such as Microsoft Exchange Online, IIS, Apache, DNS, Citrix is preferred
• User PC support for around 30 people
• Good communication skills and good analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and independent
• Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must!
