We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:

• resolve IT issues across a wide range of technologies and applications
• identify and enact process and technical improvements including automation
• ensure supportability and quality are maintained with the introduction of production changes
• enhance client relationships and provide support and options for their Technical needs
• coordinate system activities following implementations, Business Continuity tests, and other activities
• ability to multitask and effectively work with geographically dispersed technical teams including outsourced vendors.
