Are you motivated in supporting the management of an IT department?

We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to:

• perform our daily administrative tasks in IT Business and Financial Management
• maintain on a continuous basis the financial forecast of the IT department
• perform cost control and identify, evaluate and mitigate risks to our financial targets
• process all vendor invoices in a timely manner
• maintain the inventory of all IT related contracts
• support sourcing activities and on-boarding of contractors
• interface with supporting units like HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling in the location and on an EMEA level.
