IT Support Analyst - Identity and Access Management

Job Description
Are you an expert when it comes to tools like Security – Identity management domain? Do you have a knack for technology, always interested in improving existing processes? Are you passionate about IT process automation using the cutting edge tooling platforms through machine learning?
We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:
• manage support and monitoring of the banks critical Identity Management solutions, providing Single Sign-On, privilege access management, PKI tools through the complete IPM lifecycle
• support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
• analyze recurring failures and events as part of Continuous Service Improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting edge RPA & AI tools
• work collaboratively with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bank
• managing knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
• coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event days
• define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• maintain a knowledge database
