Are you an expert when it comes to Robotic Process Automation Unix and SQL skills? Do you have good knowledge in automation tools like – Splunk, AppDynamics, Automation Anywhere or IPCentre? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for a IT support analyst to:

• Provide overall engineering and design support for a very large distributed Splunk environment.
• Onboarding new applications into Splunk, [reform trend analysis , build dashboards
• Design, implement and optimize splunk applications, queries , knowledge objects and data models.
• Develop new dashboards and implement custom searches and reports.
• Deploy best practices for developing Splunk apps and create conceptual architecture for a continuous improvement initiative.
• Design and implement custom searches and reports
• Build POC's for Splunk enhancements.
• Tuning informational model, defining reuable templates.
• Serve as the IT Automation & Tooling SME for the Bank Operations team
• Hands on experience in Splunk
• Strong technical knowledge on latest automation tools and Monitoring tools implementation experience (AppDynamics, IPCentre or Automation Anywhere)
• Track and mitigate any risks that appear during the development of automation
• Training of junior team members in automation technology
• Relationship management with Support teams for this portfolio
• Working closely with global counterparts to adopt best practices
• Identifying improvement ideas for Production Services and working with the teams to implement
• Thorough understanding on Incident, Problem management
