Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Perform installation, configuration and upgrades on desktop hardware and software
• Identify network problems involving desktop or laptop computers
  Resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field
• 2 - 4 years’ IT experience in a desktop and systems support in Finance / Banking / Investment / Financial Institutions
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
