Job Description:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting on office automation (OA) systems and related IT problems.
* Responsible for desktop support, Microsoft Infra Configuration, domain management etc.
* Responsible for supporting end user software such as Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office, Video Conferencing, OA system etc.
* Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products.
* Monitor and maintain internal systems including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc querie
* Collect technical requirement and translate into technical spec
* Perform ad hoc projects

Qualifications required:
* Knowledge in ERP functionalities
* Knowledge in desktop support.
* Knowledge in ICT industry is an advantage
* Degree holder or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
* Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFSR, SharePoint)
* Experience in Linux Support will be advantage
* Fresh graduate will also be considered.
