Duties:

• Provide support on installation of PC, hardware, software and other multi-media equipment
• Perform installation and configuration of new email application and related software for Lotus Notes mail accounts
• Coordinate IT related acitivies with users
• Perform function tests on the installed software and demonstrate basic functions to end-users
• Assist in diagnosing problems of installed hardware / software and arrange for follow-up action with software vendors
• Assist in system administration works of the computer network, monitoring performance of major systems, and backing up of servers and computer systems
• Conduct IT inventory stocktake and relevant duties
• Prepare project-related documents such as Powerpoint, website sitemaps, charts and diagrams
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• HKCEE or HKDSE with 5 passess includes English and Chinese
• At least 2 years IT support working experience
• Hands-on working experience in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Familiar with Lotus Notes Client, PC LAN, Networking and Windows 7/8/10
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
