Job Responsibilities:

• The proposed staff shall be responsible for providing technical and implementation support for the
• iCRMS and IT infrastructure that includes, but not limited to, the followings:
• Assist in the application support services, problem investigation and trouble-shooting, analysis and rectification
• Provide on-site installation and support services for the iCRMS related hardware/software systems (e.g. self-service kiosk computer, RFID application systems, etc.) at correctional institutions
• Solicit site preparation requirements for application systems; coordinate with business users on the implementation details; monitor the installation progress and participate in equipment and system acceptance; ensure proper record and documentations are maintained
• Liaise and coordinate with different parties, including end users, product vendors, service contractors, etc. for on-site services
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors
  
  

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Subjects, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience
• Have working experience in providing on-site support services on system
• applications and IT infrastructure
• Good communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learning and good team player
• Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required
• HK Permanent Resident is required
