Job Description

Primary Responsibilities 主要岗位职责:


  • Take day-to-day work support in Information Technology related area and support the enterprise application, desktop applications for client users

为客户公司用户进行每天IT相关工作的支援,包括公司应用系统及桌面系统。

  • Responsible for various PC, laptop, server and network based projects including OS setup, patch administration, software hardware upgrades, VOIP and IP-VPN FTP technologies

负责管理公司个人电脑,笔记本型电脑,服务器和网络相关项目,包括操作系统安装,系统更新管理,软硬件升级,以及VOIP,IP-VPN,FTP相关技术。


Qualifications Required:

岗位要求

  • College degree, major in IT security/computer science or English;

英语、信息安全或计算机相关专业大学学历。

  • Ability to read technical documents and communicate well in Chinese and English.

能够阅读相关技术文件并且具有较好的中英文沟通能力。

  • 精通PC个人电脑操作,熟悉WINDOWS,office等常用软件

Familiar with PC operation and WINDOWS/Office.

  • 熟练安装、卸载软件,排除简单PC网络故障,查杀病毒,重新安装操作系统等基础计算机操作

Familiar with PC system installation and application un-install, solve simple PC new failure, virus killing system, and basic PC reinstallation.


T Support Engineer


systemsGo is now conducting interviews to fill the position of IT Support Engineer. This is a full time position in our fast growing office in Shanghai, and comes with standard benefits. Successful candidates will work alongside our team of young professionals to provide desktop engineering support to our prestigious clients.


Job Description:


  • Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support to selected systemsGo clients
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions for end user computer problems at the desktop level
  • Act as a consultant for IT systems configuration, migration and operations issues
  • Replace PC and Server parts, perform hardware upgrades and conduct regular hardware maintenance
  • Monitor client problems until they are resolved, providing frequent updates
  • Assist the systemsGo project team to stage, configure and test IT equipment as needed to complete projects on schedule
  • Communicate the status of client issues and report to the systemsGo Service Delivery Manager


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years Practical Working Experience as a Support Engineer
  • Microsoft Certifications: MCSA/MCSE/MCITP Experience on Windows Server 2008 preferred
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNA; CCNP/CCDA/CIPT desirable
  • Should Have Solid Knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems and Applications
  • Candidates with Technical Diploma, B.Sc. or B.EE. preferred
  • English-Both written and spoken fluency
  • Mandarin-Spoken fluency required
