Job Description

• Support end-user in software applications, hardware and software installation and problems troubleshooting.
• Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance.
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve equipment failure issues.
• Coordinate with IT service provider for related IT requirement.
• Handle IT documentation and reporting.
• Assist in hardware and software asset management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in technology or IT related discipline.
• 1 year+ working experience in IT support or IT helpdesk.
• Knowledge in networking infrastructure. i.e. Switches, Routers, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Knowledgeable on AD/ Group Policy and Email administration.
• Hands-on skill on Microsoft software products (i.e. Windows, Office Suites and Office for Mac).
• Basic knowledge in ITIL or experienced in IT system would be an advantage but no essential. i.e. Ticketing (Remedy/ServiceNow), Workflow, Telephone system, Door access control system, Mobile data management system (MDM) 
• CCNA/ MCSE / MCITP Microsoft Certificate holder would be an advantage but no essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
