Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Image laptops and workstations using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in a timely fashion Install Windows OS on servers, using Windows Server OS, Linux, or needed OS Repair computers, by contacting vendor for warranty work or by swapping parts test to ensure fully functional. Repair as needed and clean/sanitize to ready for redeployment Record keeping - Tracking of out/inbound laptop/desktop computers and other miscellaneous assets Dispose of older computers, monitors, and assorted peripherals per Siemens’s policy, to ensure data has been scrubbed/removed Check in new hardware when it arrives, assigning asset tags, and completing paperwork Supplemental support for America Sales team members for hardware and software related issues. Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Shown experience with Windows environments, Linux experience is a plus Understanding of imaging process, networking, licensing Deploy/imaging using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and other OS’s Ability to work with small components inside of a laptop/desktop workstation Shown background in IT operations purchasing of hardware, software, and services including working within a budget, purchase request creation, invoice approvals, and reconciliations Work with clients to settle their needs and assess solutions for improving delivery processes Ability to provide updates and documentation as requested in applicable project plans as well as all closeout documents Develop and implement plans alongside IT Operations team colleagues to migrate or decommission on-premises systems Good communication and organizational skills Preferred location Maryland Heights, MO.
