Job Responsibilities:

• Providing deskside support on hardware, software and application for user
• Providing helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary
• Providing network and server support (backup and monitoring)
• Assisting in managing hardware & software inventory and maintaining up-to-dated inventory record
• Communicating with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 year IT support experience 
• Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end user support
• Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills 
• Immediately available is preferred
