Job Description
Responsibility
- Maintain and follow proper documentation system for the hardware & software inventory
- Manage daily hardware and software installation activities
- Prepare monthly helpdesk reports and provide recommendations for service improvements, when necessary
- Work closely with other IT teams to address end users' problems &/or concerns relating to network infrastructure and business systems
Knowledge
- BA or BS in Computer Information Science
- 1-2 years in a helpdesk support role for either software or hardware trouble shooting for end users
- With hands on technical knowledge (Windows 10, Microsoft Office O365 Suite, Networking, Alcatel Phone System, Video Conferencing, etc )
Skills
- Developed customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, for English and country-specific language
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

- Operates from a service oriented attitude
- Proven team player
- High energy level, results oriented
- Can Do’ attitude, has initiative
