Responsibility

• Maintain and follow proper documentation system for the hardware & software inventory
• Manage daily hardware and software installation activities
• Prepare monthly helpdesk reports and provide recommendations for service improvements, when necessary
• Work closely with other IT teams to address end users' problems &/or concerns relating to network infrastructure and business systems

Knowledge

• BA or BS in Computer Information Science
• 1-2 years in a helpdesk support role for either software or hardware trouble shooting for end users
• With hands on technical knowledge (Windows 10, Microsoft Office O365 Suite, Networking, Alcatel Phone System, Video Conferencing, etc )

Skills

• Developed customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, for English and country-specific language
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
