Job Responsibilities:
Perform helpdesk support to users;

Assigned to complete programming tasks including coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance services;

Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;

Network or server troubleshooting if needed ;

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience;

Knowledge in .Net/C/C++/C# development, perform programming for user ;

Strong passion in learning and development in CRM and ERP system solution ;

Able to work independently and self-motivated ;

Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense ;

Fresh graduateare also welcome ; More working experience will be considered as IT Officer.
