Job Responsibilities:

• Perform helpdesk support to users;
• Assigned to complete programming tasks including coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance services;
• Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;
• Network or server troubleshooting if needed ;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience;
• Knowledge in .Net/C/C++/C# development, perform programming for user ;
• Strong passion in learning and development in CRM and ERP system solution ;
• Able to work independently and self-motivated ;
• Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense ;
• Fresh graduate are also welcome ; More working experience will be considered as IT Officer.
