Job Responsibilities:

  •Perform helpdesk support to users;

•Assigned to complete programming tasks including coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance services;

 •Documentation and tracking of user information in order to comply instructions and guidance;

 •Network or server troubleshooting if needed ;

 •Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

 •Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with minimum 1 year working experience;

 •Knowledge in .Net/C/C++/C# development, perform programming for user ;

 •Strong passion in learning and development in CRM and ERP system solution ;

 •Able to work independently and self-motivated ;

 •Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense ;

 •Fresh graduate are also welcome ; More working experience will be considered as IT Officer.
