Job Description
Overall Role Purpose:
- Responsible for GT Nexus tactical application support and daily ticketing responsibilities.
- Manage and develop GT Nexus application support personnel in Asia Pacific region.
- Responsible for managing all supplier onboarding activities with implementation personnel and GT Nexus.
- Align daily support activities with globally defined processes, procedures, templates, and tools.
- Manage GT Nexus Customer Service Organization (CSO) relationship staff in US and Bangalore escalate incidents where necessary.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of International Logistics and Supply Chain Management experience with at least 3 years supporting large scale IT applications.
- Previous manager or supervisor experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange including Purchase Orders, Advanced Ship Notices, Carrier Messaging, etc.
- Previous experience using and/or supporting the GT Nexus platform
- Strong project management, technical, communication and presentation skills a must.
- Fluent speaker in English and Mandarin
