Job Description
Are you an experienced and high performing manager with the ability to organize and manage a global support team supporting a suite of complex and critical applications underpinning our Global Banking Business? Do you have a track record of working with senior business stakeholders, Development managers and peers to ensure we deliver stable, performant and highly available solutions to our business? Do you have proven ability to manage competing demands, to prioritize according to risk and criticality and to build successful high performing teams?

We’re looking for a IT Global Support Lead (Global Banking) to:

• build a cohesive, expert, high performing global support organization to manage and maintain our Global Banking application portfolio
• work closely with dev partners and senior business stakeholders to understand, prioritize and deliver changes to these platforms while maintaining the integrity, stability and performance within agreed SLAs
• contribute expertise to the management of the wider TOC IB GBDD organization
• define and implement improvements to existing support models that streamline teams, remove single points of failure and allow us to deliver the right level of service at the most appropriate cost
