Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in IT or Computer Studies
2 year or above experience in technical and helpdesk support
Experience in hardware software installation and maintenance
Good knowledge in Windows application and server platforms
Well-organized, self-initiative, team player and attention to details
Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

Responsible for hardware software maintenance and helpdesk support
Handle system and network maintenance including firewall, switch and routers
Maintain the regular backup and restoration of servers and perform system check
Coordinate with external vendors on system upgrade and equipment procurement
