Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support in a complicated infrastructure environment consists of different technology domains which includes, but not limited to, End-User Computing, Active Directory, File & Print, Email Services, Collaboration Tools and Mobility Management.
  • Provide 2nd tier support to Service Desk on user support and system administration
  • Support and maintain healthy operations on Microsoft Window servers. Perform troubleshooting and problem diagnosis, problem resolution, root cause analysis and identification, maintain and assure quality change control.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to supported the infrastructure, servers, systems, applications, projects, inventory, regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
  • Evaluate new technologies and products, prepare and conduct presentation as when required
  • Be able to deliver BAU support services and establish SOP (Standard Operations Procedures) for BAU support such as patch management

 

Requirements :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences
  • Professional qualification on ITIL and PMP will be an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Multi-experience in at least 2 of the following disciplines:
    – Client / End-user Hardware and Software for MS Windows 10 and earlier versions
    – Experience in MS Windows Servers, AD, Exchange, File & Print
    – Cloud technology: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Office ProPlus
    – Collaboration Systems and Tools: Microsoft Skype for Business, SharePoint, AV Conferencing Facilities, MS Teams is a plus
    – Mobility Management: VMware AirWatch or WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune is a plus
    – Privileged ID Management: CyberArk
    – Job Scheduling Tool: Control-M
    – Output and Archiving Management: InfoPrint, OpenText StreamServe, Archiving Server
    – Call Centre System: Avaya, Genesys, and RightFax
    – SAP ERP BASIS
  • Hong Kong Perm Citizen is preferred
