 Responsibilities:

• Provide general IT and other technical support to end users
• System administration on MS Windows servers, Remote Desktop, SQL and web servers
• Responsible for maintenance, monitoring and supporting servers, storage and network infrastructure
• Follow up ad-hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Knowledge in programming is an advantage
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
