Job Description
The IT Services Department provides a total IT service delivery mechanism to the business. The group exists to ensure that all business areas receive appropriate IT services which in turn facilitates delivery of professional service to clients. The IT Department is organized so that we can deliver high quality end-to-end service and provide real career and technical development opportunities for all IT Services staff.

Responsibilities
- Provide general user support for software applications and technical expertise to all staff, responding quickly to faults reported and collaborating with other IT Services members to find effective solutions
- Responsible for service request calls, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and IT security policy
- Assisting in new system, application and IT project implementations, participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Configure new PCs and IP Telephony, mobile communication devices and audio / video facilities
- Perform daily IT operations

- 通过电话或者现场支持等方式为用户提供标准化的软件以及安全策略支持
- 协助公司实施IT安全策略,参与IT相关项目的实施与部署;参与优化IT技术问题的流程
- 硬件办公设备,例如电脑,电话系统以及移动办公终端的调试配置
- 与IT部门其他团队员工协同合作,确保公司软硬件系统稳定可靠运行
Experience
- Diploma holder or above in IT or other related disciplines
- One year working experience in IT support or related fields. Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Master knowledge of MS Windows and AD domain environment, standard Microsoft applications (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven collaborative team working
- Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Chinese and English

- 本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业均可,并欢迎其他专业对IT技术感兴趣的应聘者
- 具有0-3年技术支持相关工作经验
- 具备良好的执行能力以及学习能力;紧随IT技术发展,愿意接受新的事物
- 熟悉微软操作系统,Office办公软件,AD域管理等基本桌面支持技能;熟练掌握以上技能者优先
- 拥有良好的沟通技能,自律性强,抗压能力强,乐于团队协作以及分享
- 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
