Job Description & Responsibilities


  • Provide IT support for internal staff
  • 为公司内部员工提供IT支持
  • Provide application and hardware support
  • 提供计算机软件和硬件相关服务
  • Set up and coordinate meetings or video conferences
  • 召开和组织现场会议或视频会议
  • Record and maintain the IT related inventory of office
  • IT相关设备资产的登记及管理
  • Participate in project coordination, documentation and reporting
  • 参与项目协调,文档编写和报告制作


Requirements


  • Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 year(s) working experience in customer services industries
  • 具有1-2年相关工作经验
  • Excellent understanding of customer services and strong sense of customer focus
  • 具有良好的客户服务意识
  • Willing to study with sense of responsibility
  • 责任心强愿意学习
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and listening skills
  • 拥有良好的人际关系,沟通和聆听能力
  • Good problem analysis and solving ability
  • 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力
  • Follow the trend of IT technology development, willing to accept new transaction
  • 紧跟IT技术发展,愿意接受新的事物
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently, under pressure and willing to work outside office hours
  • 能自我学习,在高强度压力下独立工作并愿意在非工作时间工作
  • Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Tools experience or good skill are preferred.
  • 对Windows10和微软Office办公软件熟练者优先
  • The candidate should have good English in both verbal and written communication.
