The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is a statutory body established by the Government to plan, promote and support the broad development of the arts in Hong Kong. We are now looking for a calibre to provide IT comprehensive service to the Council.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, monitor and review of IT systems and IT infrastructure for exploring any improvement measures
• Provide necessary technical supports in systems developments and daily maintenance of systems, equipment, hardwares and softwares
• Liaison with vendors and in-house users for system development enhancement and improvement
• Response to and resolve daily IT issues and requests for in-house users
• To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT with a strong focus on hardware, systems support, and technology deployment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Window Server 2008R2, Window 2012R2, Linux/Unix, VMware, Active Directory and common PC software & hardware
• Good knowledge of WAN and LAN networks design & setup, familiar with Cisco network devices
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate abilities to manage IT projects and communicate with end users and vendors effectively
• Mature, independent and team player

Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract. Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
