Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Technical knowledge and experience on VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, SAN Storage, Network, Exchange Server & O365 Service
• Proficiency in hardware an software especially for Window 7,8,10 and Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016/O365 family, Apple OS platform but not must
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of POS and HMS is an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in IT network and system support, preferably in multinational companies
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
