Job Description

Our client is now looking for IT Support / Technical Support to join within their team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support on (a) PABX, (b) Keyline, (c) Voice recording, (d) Dealer board (“IPC”)
  • Other than the above, handle mobile phone subscription, termination, hard-ware and software inventory checking,
  • Handle minor move and change, display update.
  • Able to manage medium and large scale project, such as phone system standardization, system centralization,
  • Able to provide up to date market information, technology know-how for the Bank on telecom strategy.
  • Experienced and knowledge on video conference , Skype , MS team is most prefer as well.

 

Requirement:

  • High Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Services or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Good understanding of network , Microsoft technologies and cloud server environments
  • Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage;
  • A proactive problem solver with customer focused mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
