Job Description

Our client is now looking for IT technical support to join within their team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

1. Company website & Backend system website
-System maintenance and management
(Linux server)
(Fulfill the company's website content requirements)
(Modify Html, PHP, Javascript, etc ...)
-Website appearance and design
-Website content encryption
-Domain name management 


2. Server system management
-VMware virtualization server management
-Windows file server management
-Windows distributed file system management
-Windows AD server management
-Veeam Backup Server
-Veeam o365 Backup Server

3. Security system management
-office network and access security
-DrayTek firewall network management
-Site-to-point VPN management
-SSL VPN Client management
-Wireless network system management
-Video surveillance system and backup security management
-ACBD alarm system management

 

4. Access control system management
-Management and change of company access control list
-Company card management
-Employee attendance system management

 

5. Office software management and support
-Staff OA system support
-System software support of Finance Department
-Microsoft 0365 email management
-Microsoft Office Software Support (MS Office 2016)

 

6. Telephone system management
-IP-PBX telephone system management
-Telephone supplier management

 

7. ACBD system and conference system management
-Video and teleconference
-ACBD exhibition hall automation system (lighting, sound, projection, screen ...)
-Management of TV content display system at ACBD and reception desk

 

8. Staff computer and IT hardware equipment
-Office photocopier management (scanning address list management)
-Staff computer hardware and software support

 

9. Other operations and management
-Regular review and improvement of IT infrastructure and support all business operations of the company
-Monitor daily IT operations supported by IT related system management, security management and help desk
-Review, establish and implement effective IT policies and procedures
-Supervise troubleshooting, system backup, archive
-Perform IT asset management and IT budget
-Prepare annual IT audit report
 

 

 

Requirement:

  • High Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Services or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Good understanding of network , Microsoft technologies and cloud server environments
  • Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage;
  • A proactive problem solver with customer focused mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Working location: Admiralty 

Working time: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
