Responsibilities: 

• To provide technical assistance and support for equipment, such as software, desktop, server, network, hardware, inventory list and solve all computer problems
• To prepare, install and manage equipment such as desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and audio/ visual equipment
• To perform tasks for operations, upgrades, and problem resolution of the system and network
• Troubleshoot internet, telephone, cable, wireless, and network services with IT staff or vendors
• To help with software issues and successful operations

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 1 year’ relevant experience at school is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
