General Description:
On-site and remote IT support to all users in China - ATM Factory, ATM Downtown Office, SAET China and other group locations.
Key Responsibilities:
l Ensure general IT security, following group guideline and policies.
l Follow new users’ IT related account creation process.
l Communication: Communicate with IT staff in the US. (English - Verbal & Written)
l User Support: Desktop/Software setup/support/troubleshooting.
l Infrastructure: Assist US IT department with Hardware/Network setup/installation/troubleshooting
l Others: Assigned by US IT Department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
l Bachelor degree majoring in IT or equivalence.
l Minimum 5 year’s working experience in IT or IT system engineer.
l Familiar with the knowledge of IT infrastructure and relevant system.
l Good communication skill and can handle IT related problems independently.
l Fluent English skill both in oral and written.
