• Computer setup including installation, configuration, migration and maintenance
• Provide support on MS Server / Network & Security Product
• Responsible for troubleshooting IT related problems including MS Windows, MS Office, printers, hardware and software
• Provide end-users supports
• Monitor scheduled backup and ad-hoc desktop support for IT related issues
• Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Over 1 year IT working experience is a must
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with passion on latest technologies
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
