IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including:

• Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system;

• Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions;

• Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources;

• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system;

• Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions;

• Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process;

• Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support;

• Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or any related discipline with 5 to 8 years of experience in ETL and Reporting tools.

• Solid understanding of the application of Software Development Life Cycle Agile Operating Model and Scrum methodology.

• Willing to work well with stakeholders and other team members to ensure that high level and detailed level requirements meet the expectations.

• Willing to deliver all testing related deliverables as defined by Intel's test methodology.

• Willing to troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and recommend solutions.

• Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously and working in a team environment.

• Self-Starter who takes ownership and responsibility for projects and initiatives.

• Experiences with Shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL and Yield Explorer.

• Experience with Test Data Deployment including RosettaNet, STDF, XML, iTUFF.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner at various audience levels. Other language proficiency is a plus.

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
