This key position as a System Analyst for the Delivery Methods and Assets development team. As the sole Analyst on the team, this person works closely with the Team Manager and Scrum Product Owner and regularly works across the Delivery Methods and Coaching team to deliver ad hoc analysis support and solutions for the leadership team. The team is responsible for transforming Agile engineering practices for IT, and for delivering the Agile systems and dashboards that IT uses to manage its Agile transformation and Agile teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, assessing, and solving complex problems using data analysis and in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Functional testing, Systems Testing to ensure requirements are met and ensure stability
• Works with the development team on exploration activities, using data and current state analysis to help drive product direction

The candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Excellent analytical skills, solid knowledge of IT systems, and advanced skills in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills. Drives communication and delivers content using a thorough understanding of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant System Analyst experience
• 3+ years with Agile practices and Scrum methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced SharePoint skills to set up and maintain complex SharePoint solutions
• Proficient in PowerBI
• Excellent Jira and Jira Align knowledge
